Medical Services
We assess the cause of your symptoms and arrange appropriate examinations at our clinic.
Gastroenterology
Care provided by a gastroenterology specialist
Stomach & Esophageal Conditions
Recurring heartburn, acid regurgitation, upper abdominal pain, or bloating may suggest gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, or gastroesophageal reflux disease. We consider your symptoms, age, and family history and arrange gastroscopy when needed. Helicobacter pylori testing is also available.
Gastroscopy · Helicobacter pylori testing
Colorectal Conditions & Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Abdominal pain, alternating diarrhea and constipation, or a change in bowel habits require assessment. Irritable bowel syndrome can be managed with lifestyle measures and medicines. Colonoscopy may be recommended for blood in the stool or weight loss.
Colonoscopy · Polypectomy
Chronic Constipation
We review diet and bowel habits first. Persistent symptoms despite treatment, or a recent sudden change, may require evaluation for colorectal disease.
Clinical assessment · Colonoscopy when indicated
Liver Conditions
Fatty liver and hepatitis B or C often progress without symptoms. Elevated liver enzymes are assessed with blood tests, abdominal ultrasound, and liver elastography, with ongoing follow-up as needed.
Liver function tests · Abdominal ultrasound · Liver elastography
Chronic Conditions
Grade 1 in HIRA quality assessments for hypertension and diabetes care
Hypertension
High blood pressure can affect the heart, brain, and kidneys even without symptoms. We monitor blood pressure and assess complications with blood tests and electrocardiography as appropriate.
Blood pressure measurement · Blood tests · ECG · Carotid ultrasound
Diabetes
We assess glucose control using blood glucose and HbA1c. Kidney function and lipid levels are monitored to help prevent complications, and nutrition counseling is available.
Blood glucose · HbA1c · Nutrition counseling
Dyslipidemia
Cholesterol and triglyceride levels are assessed together with other cardiovascular risk factors to determine whether medication is appropriate.
Lipid profile · Carotid ultrasound
Thyroid disorders
Fatigue, weight changes, palpitations, or a neck lump may warrant thyroid assessment. Ultrasound helps monitor the size and appearance of thyroid nodules.
Thyroid function tests · Thyroid ultrasound
Respiratory & Allergy Care
Grade 1 in HIRA asthma care quality assessment · Pulmonary function, Aridol challenge, and allergy blood testing available
Asthma & Chronic Cough
Persistent cough, breathlessness, wheezing, or recurrent nighttime or early-morning cough may warrant asthma assessment. We offer pulmonary function and bronchodilator response testing, with treatment and inhaler instruction based on the findings.
Pulmonary function test · Bronchodilator response test · Chest X-ray
Aridol (Mannitol) Bronchial Challenge Test
This test assesses airway hyperresponsiveness when asthma is suspected but routine pulmonary function testing is inconclusive. Lung function is measured after inhaling mannitol. Suitability and preparation are explained after consultation.
Aridol test · Mannitol bronchial challenge test
Allergic Conditions
We treat allergic rhinitis, asthma, recurrent cough, and urticaria. When indicated, blood testing assesses sensitization to allergens, with results interpreted alongside your symptoms.

We assess acute respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, and sore throat. Rapid influenza and COVID-19 testing are available when needed.
